They are made with refined puff-pastry (90 layers), 30% carefully matured old Gouda cheese and other high-quality ingredients, offering an intense and dominant cheese taste that melts on the tongue. The ROKA Cheese Cheddar Crispies with Black Pepper are refined puff pastry biscuits made with 30% real Cheddar cheese. The subtle base of matured Cheddar cheese is combined with a pungent, aromatic boost of cracked black pepper. INGREDIENTS: wheat flour (gluten), cheddar cheese (30%) (milk), vegetable fats (palm, coconut) and vegetable oil (rapeseed), salt, black pepper (1.3%).

Cheese Crispies Parmigiano Reggiano is a ROKA product which is made with 20% 24-month matured real Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. One of the special characteristics of this variety of Cheese Crispies is the sweetish and aromatic taste. Of course you will also immediately recognise the crispiness which characterises all ROKA products. The recipe for this product has been developed together with the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consorzio, which of course means that only real PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is used in our Cheese Crispies.
